The most recent creation to the Under the Sea collection, Plantation Guyana Vintage 2007 is a blend of rums from three stills from Demerara Distillers: Port Mourant (pot still), Savalle (column still) and Enmore (pot still). It aged 13 years in a tropical climate then 2 years in a continental climate in Cognac.

    Nose: complex, it starts with aromas of fruits and bitter almonds, then moves onto a more medicinal profile with leather and barley notes. Palate: rich and spicy, with cloves, cinnamon and balsamic notes. Finish: very long on molasses, dark chocolate and spice
