Orders placed online for delivery before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day. Should you require even faster delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our dedicated representatives will do their best to assist you. We understand the importance of knowing when your order will arrive and are here to help.
  • How do I know that my order was received?
    When you place an order online, you'll promptly receive an email acknowledging your order and providing an order confirmation number. Your order is securely transmitted to our servers and is processed by our dedicated sales associates during regular business hours (Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.) Our store staff will then confirm your order telephonically and send the payment link. If, for any reason, you do not receive this confirmation email, it's possible that your order hasn't been received and processed correctly.   • What are your delivery hours?
    Delivery occurs 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM daily. (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We offer delivery to all locations within Grand Cayman.
  • Can I request same-day delivery?
    We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM, otherwise delivery will occur on the next working day.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    Orders must be greater than $50 to be eligible for free delivery.   • Are there any ongoing discounts or promotions?
    All discounts and promotions can be found on our website. Promo codes can be entered when placing your order. Polyn points are also available with delivery.
  • What is your policy on returns or exchanges for liquor products?
    Our aim is to ensure the complete satisfaction of all our customers with their orders. If you find the need to initiate a return for any item, kindly get in touch with the store from which you made the purchase.
  • Is there an age requirement for online liquor orders?
    Blackbeard’s upholds responsible alcohol consumption practices. Access to this website is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Blackbeard’s strictly enforces an ID verification policy for all deliveries and in-store pickups. Deliveries will not be made to individuals under 18 years of age.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    A payment portal link will be sent after the order verification is done.
