Our family estate has been established in the S?vre et Maine appellation near Nantes since 1734. A passion for wine that has been passed down from generation to generation. After Thierry, Pascale and Philippe, Fran?ois and his wife Pauline are now embarking on the adventure, following in the footsteps
of their ancestors. Together, we want to give new impetus to the estate by continuing this family history,
combining tradition and modernity.

  • TASTING NOTES

    Expressive and complex bouquet featuring citrus fruits like lemon and grapefruit, along with green apple and pear. There are also floral hints of white flowers such as acacia and hawthorn with underlying notes of wet stone and a touch of brioche from extended lees aging. Rich and well-structured with a harmonious blend of flavors. Citrus and green apple are prominent, complemented by notes of white peach and a hint of almond. The wine exhibits a pronounced minerality, reflecting the terroir of Le Pallet.

  • FOOD PAIRING

    Perfect with seafood, particularly oysters, clams, and scallops. It also pairs well with grilled fish, poultry dishes, and soft cheeses. The wine's acidity and minerality make it an excellent companion for sushi and sashimi.
