    Cuvee Violette is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon with a pronounced structure, dark berry fruit and firm tannins which make it an excellent food wine. The Cuvee Violette is a blend of 67% Cabernet Franc and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon.
