TASTING NOTESAromas of ripe Fuji apple, butterscotch, lemon curd and soft vanilla. The palate is full, creamy and rich, reminiscent of the texture of panna cotta. Partial malolactic fermentation creates a suppleness while preserving enough acidity to keep it fresh and vibrant. Complex, integrated and well balanced.
