Pinot Gris has long been a focus at Elk Cove. Their Estate Vineyard boasts some of the oldest Pinot Gris vines in Oregon, dating back to 1985. The Willamette Valley has the perfect climate for this delicate, cool weather white grape.

TASTING NOTESBursting with fresh apricots, mango and honeysuckle, the nose has undercurrents of vanilla and honey. Rich yellow apple, fresh cut melon and lemon overtones lead to a slightly spicy finish with a fine edge of slate and jasmine tea.
