Ruinart, founded in 1729, is the first Champagne house on record. Ruinart is the symbol of a savoir-faire and an 'art de vivre' that are famed all over the world. Each of its cuvees bears the distinctive signature of Chardonnay, the House's emblematic grape variety.

TASTING NOTESThe first nose reveals a warm and sunny register with notes of roasting, coffee and cocoa bean which mingle with aromas of candy apple and ripe citrus fruits such as tangerine, blood orange, and kumquat. The palate, initially marked with a frank and straight mark, gives way to notes of plum and hibiscus, which are complemented by hints of fully ripe citrus fruits such as blood orange.
FOOD PAIRINGDom Ruinart Rose freshness will enhance seafood dishes such as salmon tataki, marinated tuna, or terrestrial such as Bresse poultry or veal.?A few more years of aging will allow pairings with the same ingredients but around more intense, spicier and warmer notes.
