The vineyard, which has been managed organically for almost 20 years, mainly in Mourvedre, Syrah and Grenache which bring tannins of great finesse to the wines of Chateau La Nerthe. Chateau La Nerthe produces white and red Chateauneuf-du-Pape wines with great ageing potential.
TASTING NOTESGrenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault dominate the blend and give birth to an intense wine with extrodinary ageing potential. Cherry, wild strawberry, with notes of sweet spices and garrigue. The tannins are soft, delicate and suave.
FOOD PAIRINGTry this wine with roasted and spiced red meat, poultry or even vegetable dishes. Moroccan chicken tagine with olives, lamb dolma, or smoky cauliflower steaks.
